Terms & Conditions:

All orders are sent using either Australia Post or a Courier Service as soon as possible. When we receive your order we will begin to create an invoice for you with a shipping cost which reflects what has been ordered and where it will be delivered. When we are ready to send your order you will receive an invoice from us to your nominated email address. We will not send your order until this payment is confirmed. There are two payment options, direct bank deposit which incurs no additional charge and credit card which has a 1.5% fee for domestic orders and 2.5% fee for international orders.

If we do not have all items immediately available for shipping we will contact you so that you can advise us whether you would like to wait for those items to arrive and send the order altogether, delete them from the order or place them on a backorder and send what we have immediately available. If we do not have an ordered item in stock we will contact you to advise you of the waiting time.

Following payment of the invoice, an approximate timeframe for delivery of orders to urban centres on the East Coast is one working week, which generally also applies to rural areas in NSW. For remote areas in states like Western Australia expected delivery is 2-3 weeks. BeBe Bold always attempts to deliver to customers within the stated delivery time but cannot take responsibility for circumstances beyond their control that hinder or delay the order.

Returns and Refunds:
BeBe Bold does not accept responsibility for a product once it has left our premises, however, if a product arrives excessively damaged or a product is faulty, BeBe Bold will evaluate the circumstances for replacement based on a case by case situation.
